What a meaningful afternoon! 💙 Thank you to everyone who joined AFP Dayton for Fundraising Through Storytelling at the Michael and Debbie Carter Center: Our American Journey.
A special thank you to Michael Carter for opening his extensive collection to us and giving his time for a private tour. His historical artifacts were thoughtfully arranged, and the collection tells a powerful story just by walking through it. Hearing Michael share the stories behind some of the pieces made the experience even more moving and thought-provoking. Everyone left feeling more connected to the mission behind his work with a reminder of how much a story can do.
Keep the learning going next week! Join us for our Lunch & Learn: The Great Transfer of Wealth. Over the next two decades, an unprecedented amount of wealth will pass from one generation to the next.
