-diabetes self-management education classes
-camps for kids with both type 1 & 2 diabetes (available scholarships)
-emergency supply assistance program (DESAP)
-extremely low cost meter/ test strip program (Bionime)
-Update and circulate a free Diabetes Resource Guide yearly
-$20 A1C screenings offered in house all the time, appointment needed
