We have about one more week before we meet with the property owners, and we’re praying and believing for this next step. Every gift helps us move closer to creating a space where women can find support, hope, and the love of Jesus.

Today was busy—but one of the most encouraging days I’ve had in a while! 💗

We spent most of the day in Middletown making connections for the future, and ministry happened everywhere! I met neighbors, made new friends, and connected with a few of “R” girls.

Then came meaningful connections toward securing our Springfield, Ohio, location!

Jesus’ disciples didn’t have it all figured out when He fed the 5,000. They brought what they had and followed His lead.

Friends, the miracle is in the movement. We don’t have to have every detail figured out to take the next faithful step.

The kingdom of heaven is at hand. You’ll find us working. 🌿

Oh—and peep the new sign installed TODAY on Central Ave. in Middletown! Rooted in Restoration Blooms and Boutique is coming to life! 🙌

“you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

At the beginning of 2026, the Lord laid this Scripture on my heart. As He leads us into neighboring communities, we’re seeing opportunities to put that love into action. 💗

The need in Springfield, Ohio, is tremendous. R House Ministries needs $20,000 to move into a location and open a day center within weeks, offering women facing homelessness, addiction, abuse, and exploitation practical support and the hope of Jesus.

🎀🌿 R HOUSE MINISTRIES UPDATE — WE’RE GROWING! 🌿🎀

There is so much happening at R House Ministries, and we want to take a minute to share what God is doing and what’s coming next!

💗 DAYTON — WE’RE EXPANDING!

We are serving our R Ladies well! We are welcoming new women while continuing to see so many familiar faces—and we are serving women in record numbers.

Our beautiful 900-square-foot Day Center is bursting at the seams every day we open. What a beautiful problem to have! But we also know that healing happens best in an environment that feels calm, peaceful, safe, and welcoming.

So, beginning October 5, our Dayton Day Center will expand to THREE DAYS A WEEK!

📅 Monday • Wednesday • Friday
⏰ 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Our prayer is that adding another day will help lighten the load on any one day and give our ladies even more opportunity to receive showers, clothing, meals, resources, relationships, encouragement, and most importantly—the love of Jesus.

🌱 MIDDLETOWN — A NEW DIRECTION!

Many of you know that we secured a rental location at 1326 Central Avenue with hopes of beginning Day Center ministry in Middletown.

After encountering resistance from the city regarding operating the location as a Day Center, we have prayerfully changed directions.

That space is now becoming Rooted in Restoration Boutique & Blooms! 🌿👗

The storefront will offer new and gently used clothing and other donated items, along with our beautiful houseplants grown through our RISE program. This gives us another way to create sustainability, provide opportunities for women, and support the mission of R House Ministries.

We are hoping to open in early October, so be on the lookout—and please be praying with us as we prepare!

💚 SPRINGFIELD — WE’RE SEARCHING FOR A HOME!

Each month, we travel to Springfield for outreach, and the amount of ministry happening there is incredible. We meet women who desperately need consistent love, support, resources, and a safe place to belong.

We are actively searching for a location for a Springfield Day Center so that when the right doors open, we can move quickly and begin serving.

To every person who donates, volunteers, prays, gives, shares our posts, brings a meal, sorts clothing, loves on an R Lady, or simply believes in this mission—thank you.

We’re not just meeting needs. We’re strengthening women, building relationships, and reminding every R Lady that she is seen, loved, and has a God-given purpose.
