WC Operation Share Christmas

Good morning friends… We would love to share with our community a heart warming way to continue to serve those in need this Christmas Season. Our good friend Pastor Lucas at the Church Of The Lost And Found is hoping to provide food boxes (80-100 boxes) to the low income elderly community of Canterbury Court. Many of you know WC Operation Share Christmas served these wonderful residents every year at Christmas. ❤️❤️

Lucas is accepting any nonperishable food donations or monetary donations to help spread the love of Christ this holiday season. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can drop off food or mail a check to The Church of the Lost and Found.

It is with a heavy heart, WC Operation Share Christmas is closing its doors. Many factors have contributed to this very difficult decision. The biggest factor being the Memorial United Methodist Church will no longer allow WC Operation Share Christmas to be held at their church.

Finding a facility where we can store, sort, pack and distribute food is quite challenging. We are so very sorry friends. 😞

We would love to thank everyone who has helped us feed our community each Christmas. You were such a blessing to many many families. ❤️

We know many have received food boxes at Christmas for many years. If you are in need this holiday season, please check out your local food pantries…

Reminder for families signed up… Pick up is tomorrow, Saturday December 16th from 10:30-12:00. Please be patient as we have a large number of families receiving food boxes this year.

❤️We are at capacity this year. You must be signed up in advance to receive a food box.

If you are in need we can recommend other organizations that are helping families as well. ❤️

Thank you to our volunteers that came out to sort and bag the fruits and vegetables to put in our food boxes.
