Went to IKEA last week and noticed they had remodeled and changed all the restrooms into gender neutral restrooms. Each one was a separate private door. Some of them were labeled as family restrooms and had diaper changing tables. In the common area, there were four sinks for everyone to wash their hands.

It’s really that simple to be inclusive!
