Everybody Plays Our mission is to eliminate financial barriers so that any child in the Greater Dayton area can access sports.

Our vision is to create opportunities for local youth to become community leaders and contributors through athletics. We want every young athlete in the Dayton area to have the ability to play. Youth sports break down barriers, have a positive impact on athletes’ self-esteem, improves their physical and mental well-being, and instills a sense of teamwork and leadership. Unfortunately, there is a d

isparity in the opportunities available to all youth athletes. We exist simply to bring equal access to sports and extracurricular activities for everyone in the Dayton area, regardless of race, gender, or economic status.
