Not every thought you have is truth. 🤔

Trauma can make us become hyperaware, overthinking everything to stay emotionally safe. Our brains fill in gaps, expect rejection, and prepare for the worst.

Some thoughts are fear talking.
Some thoughts are old wounds replaying.
Some thoughts are stress looking for a target.

Learning to pause and ask yourself, “Is this true, or is this just a thought?” is super important!
