After days of rain, the skies cleared just in time for our ribbon cutting, and it honestly felt like such a special blessing over us all.

We are incredibly grateful to officially be members of the Dawson County Chamber of Commerce and beyond thankful for every supporter, family member, friend, volunteer, and community partner who came out to celebrate with us today. Your encouragement, love, and belief in this mission means more than words can say.🥹

This nonprofit was built from real life, real pain, real healing, and a whole lot of hope. We pray that in the years to come, Saddle Up for Hope continues to touch lives, restore confidence, create safe spaces, and remind children and families that they are never alone.

Today was more than a ribbon cutting. It was the beginning of something much bigger than all of us. 💛🤠🐴

This Memorial Day, we want military families to know that we see you. We see the children carrying losses too big for their age. We see the spouses and loved ones trying to hold everything together. We see the families learning how to rebuild after sacrifice.

And we want you to know you are welcome here. 🐴

As we continue growing Saddle Up for Hope, we are proud to support military families and children carrying grief, trauma, loss, and life transitions. Because mental health matters. Because grief matters. Because people matter.

Congratulations to all the parents celebrating big milestones right now… high school graduations, 8th grade promotions, and those sweet 5th graders heading into middle school. These are exciting new chapters, but they can also come with a lot of emotional changes for our kids.

As your children step into new seasons of life, stay present and vigilant. Sometimes the biggest struggles are hidden behind smiles, attitude changes, withdrawal, anxiety, exhaustion, or “just being a teenager.” If something feels off, trust your instincts. As parents, we know our children better than anyone.

Please don’t be afraid to reach out for help if your child is struggling mentally or emotionally. There is strength in asking questions, starting hard conversations, and getting support early. Our children need safe adults, open communication, grace, boundaries, and reminders that they are never alone.

Middle school and high school can be beautiful years, but they can also be incredibly hard on this generation. Pay attention. Stay involved. Keep talking to your kids, even when they act like they don’t want you to.

And if your child needs a safe place, mentorship, encouragement, or simply people who care deeply about them, Saddle Up for Hope is here for them. 💛🐴

This Memorial Day weekend, Saddle Up for Hope was honored to provide one of our participants with a full scholarship that helped take her to the Georgia High School Rodeo State Finals in Perry, Georgia! 🐴💛

We are SO proud of this young lady and everything she has accomplished to earn her place at the state finals. The dedication, hard work, and heart it takes to get there is something worth celebrating. 🎉

Supporting teenagers as they chase their dreams on horseback is exactly why Saddle Up for Hope exists. Every scholarship helps create opportunities, build confidence, and remind these kids that someone believes in them. 💛

A generous donor has challenged our community to help raise $5,000 for Saddle Up for Hope.

If we reach our goal, they will contribute an additional $5,000, turning it into $10,000 to provide scholarships, mentorship, and equine-based opportunities for foster, adopted, and at-risk youth.

✨ Business sponsors will still receive all of the recognition and benefits associated with their sponsorship level while also helping us unlock this incredible match.

We are so proud of our partnership with The Summit Ranch Equestrian Park and all that we are building together to create a place where children can heal, grow, and discover their worth through horses.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there. 💛

The ones who gave birth, the ones who adopted, the foster moms, bonus moms, grandmothers, aunts and every woman who has stepped up to love a child like their own.

At Saddle Up for Hope, we work with a lot of incredible families, and one thing we know for sure is that kids need someone in their corner who loves them no matter what.

Moms do that every single day.

Some days are beautiful. Some days are exhausting. Most days are a little bit of both.

But the love you pour into your children matters more than you will ever know.
