Cathycansew Sewing has always been my thing, and quilting is my safe zone. It's where I am most comfortable.

I have made quilts for myself, for my family, others for sale, and gifted hundreds of quilts to charity in the North Georgia area.

Custom customer quilt. Gage Tomlinson has coveted one of my quilts since he saw Max's queen-size Bama quilt when they both played football for the Dawson County Tigers. Clearly, he is an FSU football fan. I considered an arrowhead pantograph, then a feather design, but I settled on a tribal-looking pantograph. The quilt is 118"×118". Hope he treasures it. It will take me a few hours to prep and apply the binding. Oh yeah, and Roll Tide!

Finished something of my own. No fancy quilting. Just a Shades (of black, gray, white) thread and a simple meandering pantograph. Hope it is still displayed years from now.

Customer quilt. No automated quilting on this one, due to the pinwheels. Just little 'ol me and some gentle meandering. Kept my stitches a bit spaced out so that the quilt will wash up soft and cuddly. Love the Peter Rabbit on the back.

Customer quilt. A lovely family keepsake, personalized with many particulars. Pantograph is A Gentle Snowfall.

To my longarm quilting friends: If you see your quilt posted here for everyone to enjoy, and some Meta business profile comments wanting to buy it, please know I'm doing my best to curtail these types of comments. Block, delete, hide, report!! There is absolutely no selling on my page.

Customer quilt. These are not reproduction prints--they are originals. The red and blue patchwork bled through onto the binding, so I had to redo it. The color catchers came out purple from the wash water. The colors are now set and hopefully the great granddaughter who receives this will enjoy it for years to come.
