The Cadet Soldiers Youth Program is designed to raise up the next generation of Christian leaders through Bible study, service, outreach, mentorship, and hands-on activities.

REAL BROTHERS IN CHRIST...

One thing I teach prospects and newer members about brotherhood in a ministry is that there are little b brothers and Big B Brothers.

Every person who wears our patch is a brother or sister in Christ. We're bound together by faith, love, service, and a commitment to stand beside one another when life gets hard. That's not something we take lightly. As my Father once told me, "I've only made a few sacred commitments in my life, and I take every one of them seriously."

But what's the difference between a brother and a Brother?

A Brother is someone who shows up early when help is needed.

A Brother stays late when everyone else has gone home.

A Brother does more than what's expected without ever being asked.

A Brother doesn't serve because he's looking for recognition. He serves because that's who he is.

I've been blessed to know men like that throughout this ministry.

Men who have dropped what they were doing to help a family in need.

Men who have spent their OWN money to bless someone else.

Men who have given up THEIR time, comfort, and energy just to make sure another person was okay.

Not because they had to.

Because they wanted to.

Because that's what real Christian brotherhood looks like.

The truth is, ministry isn't built by patches, titles, motorcycles, or meetings.

It's built by people who genuinely love God and genuinely love others.

People who are willing to carry each other's burdens.

People who serve when nobody is watching.

People who are what I like to call Righteously on fire for Jesus.

So here's the question:

Are you simply wearing the patch?

Or are you being the Brother that others can count on when life gets difficult?

Because real brotherhood isn't something you talk about.

It's something you live.

"ARE YOU HERE TO SERVE THE KINGDOM... OR JUST TO RECEIVE FROM IT?"

One of the biggest challenges any ministry can face is having people who want the benefits of ministry without the responsibility of ministry.

What do I mean by that?

Are you helping reach new people for Christ?

Because a ministry is only as strong as its willingness to go after the lost, the broken, and the hurting. If we're not reaching people, we're not fulfilling the mission.

Are you willing to serve?

Can you help at outreaches, events, fundraisers, rides, prayer gatherings, or wherever there is a need?

Can you encourage others, pray with people, mentor someone, or share what God has brought you through?

Can you help support the ministry financially when you're able?

Can you use your talents, gifts, and abilities to strengthen the work God has called us to do?

Do you know the mission of this ministry?

Do you understand why we exist and what we're fighting for?

Or...

Do you bring division, negativity, gossip, excuses, and constant complaints?

Do you make commitments you never intend to keep?

Is your word trustworthy, or does it change when things become inconvenient?

Too many people want what the ministry can do for them.

They want the friendships.
They want the support.
They want the prayers.
They want the encouragement.

But they never stop to ask:

"What can I do for the Kingdom?"

"What can I do for my brothers and sisters?"

"How can I help advance the mission God has given us?"

The truth is that ministry was never meant to be about spectators.

It was built on servants.

So take an honest look in the mirror and ask yourself:

What do I bring to the table?

How am I helping fulfill the mission?

Who am I discipling?

Who am I encouraging?

How am I making this ministry stronger?

Because when we stop focusing on what we can get and start focusing on what we can give, that's when God can use us in a powerful way.

The strongest ministries aren't built by a few people carrying the load.

They're built by men and women who are willing to serve, sacrifice, and stand together for the glory of God.

Be a blessing.
Be a servant.
Be part of the mission.

Because the Kingdom needs workers—not spectators.
