MELANOMA RESEARCH Clinical trials move melanoma research forward.

In this clinical trial spotlight, SUPRAME is exploring a cell therapy for advanced melanoma called anzu-cel - an approach designed to harness the immune system to recognize and attack melanoma cells that express PRAME - a protein found in more than 50 cancers including melanoma. SUPRAME is evaluating anzu-cel in patients with previously treated advanced cutaneous melanoma - including acral and melanoma of unknown primary - post treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor.

This new option:

Can be administered by a healthcare provider in as little as 1 minute every 3 weeks (or 2 minutes every 6 weeks)

Is approved across most solid tumor indications for IV KEYTRUDA®

Has demonstrated comparable safety and efficacy to IV infusion in clinical trials

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. I encourage you to read about Grace who was diagnosed with melanoma at the age of 4, a visitor to Tina's Place, Grace would greatly appreciate your prayers as she battles her illness with remarkable strength and amazing courage. She remains in our thoughts and prayers.
