Just Because Foundation wants everyone to stay safe during this extreme heat! ❤️
💧 Drink plenty of water
🌳 Take breaks in the shade or air conditioning
👕 Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing
🚗 Never leave children or pets in a parked vehicle
👵🏾 Check on elderly family, friends, and neighbors
🐾 Don’t forget—hot pavement can burn your pets’ paws!
Please take the heat seriously, look out for one another, and stay cool. Our community is stronger when we take care of each other. ❤️
