Please join us for a free, family-friendly event on 4/26 at Central Park to support the Davis High Band Program! Come enjoy an evening filled with student music performances, food, drinks and an awesome line-up of silent auction items! Please help us celebrate and raise funds for our talented band and mariachi students. Your presence makes a difference!

Thanks to generous support last year, the Band Boosters were able to contribute $26,000 in trip scholarships for the recent Disneyland trip—an unforgettable experience for the kids. Now, we’re working to close that funding gap, and Coconut Grove is a big part of how we do it.

Last year, our DHS band students traveled to NYC and performed at Carnegie Hall and this year, our band program had the opportunity in March to travel to Disney and participate in the Disney soundtrack sessions! The Davis High Band Boosters raises money to make sure each student can participate in the annual trip, regardless of their financial situation. Coconut Grove is the band program's largest fundraiser of the year and this year we will feature performances from our DHS Jazz, Concert and Mariachi groups, in addition to our DJUSD Junior High Jazz Band! Your continued support is vital in making these opportunities a reality for our kids.

He inspires his students to have a lifelong love for learning to play their instruments and his instructional practices are inclusive so that every student succeeds. Greg is versatile and excellent at teaching orchestra, band and chorus and all grade levels, from elementary to Junior High to High School, a true educator who pours his energy and effort for each and every student he has the opportunity to teach. He is beloved by staff members and parents. Though it's not about awards and accolades, his students perform at the top at their judged performances.
