They will begin hooking up services to the new Watermain very soon. Service is not expected to be out for very long. If an unforeseen problem arises homeowners will be notified.

The Pickleball courts will be closed for a little bit while the company repaints lines on the courts.
**Update** 8/27/26 pickleball courts are now open.

The park is officially open. However, there are some issues with the nets at the Pickleball courts. Hopefully next week they will be open.

Starting Monday 7/27/2026 the village will be having routine maintenance performed on Well #1. We ask everyone to do their part to be water wise while this work is performed. Your help using less water will help ease the strain on the water system. Once the well is back up and running another message will be sent out

Unfortunately, the newly surfaced basketball court sustained damage after someone rode a scooter across the fresh coating before it had fully cured.

While most would recognize that fresh surfacing should be avoided until reopened for use. We understand that additional visual reminders besides the area being roped off with caution tape can help prevent unintended damage. I know we are all eagerly awaiting the final opening of the park.

Thank you to everyone for helping us protect and preserve our community investments so they can be enjoyed for years to come.

Phase 1 of the watermain replacement project will start 6/24/2026. Begining at East St. and Webb St. When boil orders/water shut offs are needed. Those notifications will be sent.

Starting 6/4/26 the village will be under Phase 2 watering restriction. The top banner on the website will always have the updated info on restrictions as a go to.

Phase 1: No watering between 9am-6pm
Phase 2: No watering between 9am-6pm, Odd/Even
Phase 3: No watering between 9am-6pm, Odd/Even, vegetable gardens only

Reminder golf cart inspections will be next Saturday, May 16 from 9 to 10 AM. If you cannot make it contact the office by phone or email to schedule an appointment to have your equipment inspected to operate legally on the village streets.
