The bell choir needs at least two more ringers for next year. You don’t need experience or need to read music, although, both are extremely helpful. We play medium difficulty music. If you’re interested, please let us know! We practice on Wednesday nights at 5:00 for an hour. Practices begin September 9 and will run through May or June.

We are pleased to announce the election of the Rev. Yehiel Curry as presiding bishop of the ELCA! Bishop-elect Curry was elected on the fifth ballot with 70.34% of the vote.

Ever-living God, strengthen and sustain Bishop-elect Curry, that with patience and understanding he may love and care for your people. Grant that together we may follow in the way of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

After two medical appointments that required drives to towns an hour away, two PT appointments, Girl Scout meeting and bell choir rehearsal this week, I am so thankful for church on YouTube this morning. Thank you to Pastor Ruth Bullwinkle and Sam Goughnour, organizer.
