The Health & Wellness Club of UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine provides resources and opportunities for self-care and creates a collaborative community amongst veterinary students to promote the well-being of every mind, body, and spirit. Mission Statement: Our aim is to improve the health and wellness of veterinary students by encompassing all its aspects: physical (nutrition and exercise),

mental (psychological and spiritual), and emotional (work-life balance and socialization). We will be deliberate about practicing self-care as a community and improving ease of accessibility to self-care resources as we move through this veterinary program together.
