Unfortunately these past couple of weeks we have received several very nasty and demanding comments on our page, these people have since been removed from our page and this will happen to anyone who decides to follow their lead. We will not tolerate any disrespectful comments towards us or towards an

y of of our awesome followers. Due to this we decided to take this time to share with you what Wendy's Rescue is all about and what we do, here, in our community
Wendy's Rescue Inc is a Registered Non Profit, Approved 501C3 Rescue. We are a small local FAMILY South Florida rescue that works with a small amount of fosters. We have several VERY old dogs that came into our rescue that have stayed here in our sanctuary to retire and live out their lives in PEACE, we have several up for adoption, and a couple more receiving vet care that will soon be up for adoption. We stand proudly in rescuing the dogs and cats (oh and a couple of rats and a cuban anole lol) that we can afford. The dogs and cats that we can provide the highest quality of care, love, devotion, and time, in order for these pets to find a forever home. Even if the dog is aggressive, we will still take the time, whether that is 1, 2, 3, 4 years, to rehabilitate them, this is what RESPONSIBLE rescues do. We fight until the very end. We are proud to say that we believe in quality instead of quantity. We mainly focus on stray dogs and cats. But every once in a while we will get a dog and or cat from a local kill shelter. We provide food for several stray cat colonies in our area. We also assist families that need help with their pet for example providing them with food, vet care, financial help, pet training, and more. Because of the fact that we do NOT have a facility we cannot accept owner surrenders. As some of you might have notice, we post animals in desperate need of help. We do this because, even though we cannot rescue them at that specific time, we want to, at least, give them a voice. This is where most of the negative rude comments have been posted. As stated above we rescue the dogs and cats we are prepare to give 100% of our time, if we cannot, than the least we can do is give them a voice. As a RESPONSIBLE rescue we cannot say yes and rescue every single pet we are contacted about. Unlike many rescues that only use their page and contacts to move THEIR dogs, we, Wendy's Rescue, is happy to use our resources (in this case our page) to help spread the word of a dog or cat or any animal in need. We will NOT stop posting animals in need, but we will remove and block anyone who criticizes us and leaves nasty comments. Thank you for your time and thank you so much for your support. We love and appreciate every single one of you and appreciate that when we post a needy pet, you guys are happy to share and network them, which means YOU are also given them a voice. SOUTH FLORIDA URGENT
This absolutely studding baby was left at my vets office. The guy had no money to pay for the bill so he requested the dog be put down. My vet, who is an angel by the way, decided not to and instead save the dog. This dog is the sweetest angel ever. I spent most of the afternoon with him. I will get more pictures later.
He is about 40lbs, short, male, NEUTERED, his face is a complete smoosh, extremely sweet, doesn't seem to have any problems with dogs or cats, walks well on the leash, loves to give kisses, I mean he is PERFECT!
PLEASE SHARE! LETS FIND THIS ABSOLUTE HUNK A FAMILY THAT WILL NOT GIVE UP ON HIM! PLEASE GUYS, LETS HELP HIM OUT, HE NEEDS OUT OF THE CRATE AT MY VETS OFFICE
Just to clarify so there is no misunderstandings THE GUY DID NOT WANT THE DOG ANYMORE AND WHY HE WANTED HIM EUTHANIZED. He said he had no money or time and its best to kill him. Thats when my vet stepped in.
