Project Change Building sustainable schools, orphanages and rehabilitation centers for woman and children It is a fight for survival when there are no other options.

Poverty is not a choice, it is a circumstance millions of children are born into every day. Imprisoned by famine, war, and the lack of basic education, many children are destitute to a life of fighting for survival. To make ends meet for themselves and their families they resort to prostitution, hard labor or forced slavery. This is not a choice, this is not a decision, and this is not because the

y don’t want to work. At Project Change, we have made it our mission to rescue abandoned, victimized and orphaned children. By providing a home and education we are able to restore their childhoods and give them hope of a better future. For many children, a gentle touch, a hug, someone that will listen and wipe away a tear, is all they need to find the strength within themselves to believe in a brighter tomorrow. Our projects are 100% dedicated to their compelling needs, from providing a place they can call “home” to building facilities to help educate, counsel and protect them.

Tonight we had dinner at Tacos 4 Life, and it was a great reminder that there are always ways to make an impact — even while eating. 🌮❤️

School is in session! This is our little outreach school in the slums of Kampala. All volunteers. No curriculum- other than learning the basics: reading & math. We also serve a small meal. Each child patiently waits for sponsorship - maybe this is the year…but hope stays alive and feed the soul!

For everything there is a purpose. These donations will find a new home in Haiti. If you don’t know the current condition of Haiti, the entire economy, government, & medical system has collapsed. In Partnership with a sister NGO, we donate clothes, school supplies, medical, which they in turn package and ship to their orphanage. Whatever is not used by the school, is sold, helping them generate a small income for food. There are may organizations working in the dark, pulling resources. Kindness matters, and it doesn’t cost a thing…🫶🫶🫶🫶

Our trade school in remote Amuria, Uganda is like the little engine that could!!!

A proud moment, years of pushing through so many challenges, yet changing lives one girl at a time. We want to provide the best education to build a future for girls and women that would have never had an opportunity to break the cycle of abuse, early marriages, and having children no one can afford to have.

Getting these monthly reports, which are not always good, helps us keep moving and pushing thru to continue to do this work year after year. This is where you donations go…you ARE changing lives, you ARE making a difference!!

We have thousands of photos on our phones.
Every smile, every moment — captured, saved, revisited.
But in developing countries, the most vulnerable children have none of that.
No mirrors.
No cameras.
Most have never seen a photo of themselves.
So we brought a Polaroid.
It was pure magic.
They stared at the white frame…
eyes wide…
then their whole face lit up as their image appeared.
For the first time, they saw themselves.
Their presence.
Their beauty.
The very things we take for granted.
This is why we exist.
