🍝❤️ GET READY FOR MEATBALL MADNESS! ❤️🍝
There is just something wonderful that happens when people gather around a table. Food is shared, stories are told, friendships begin, and suddenly people who may have started the day as strangers don’t feel quite so strange anymore.
That is exactly what Our Father’s Table is all about. ❤️
Join us for MEATBALL MADNESS on Saturday, October 17 at 11:30 AM at the Way of Hope Church / Holsopple Auction Barn!
We have a fun afternoon planned:
🍝 A delicious pasta lunch
🏆 A Best-Tasting Meatball Contest — bring your favorite meatballs and your bragging rights!
🫒 Learn how to infuse olive oil and discover some wonderful flavor combinations
🎨 Enjoy a simple, relaxing art project
❤️ And, most importantly, spend time laughing, eating, learning, and getting to know people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Different cultures. Same table. One Father.
Our Father’s Table was created as a place where everyone can belong—especially those who may be far from home, learning a new language, experiencing a new culture, or simply looking for friendship and community.
You do not need to enter the meatball contest to come. You do not need to bring anything. Just bring yourself. There is a seat at the table for you. ❤️

📚💛 BIBLE2SCHOOL STARTS NEXT WEEK! 💛📚
We are just ONE WEEK AWAY from welcoming our Conemaugh Township 2nd–5th graders back to Bible2School, and we cannot wait to see those smiling faces walking through the doors! 🎉
Beginning Thursday, October 8, students who are registered for Bible2School will be released during their lunch/recess period, transported by Mlaker Transportation to Kaufman Mennonite Church, and returned to school afterward.
Each week, our students will enjoy their lunch, spend time with friends and caring volunteers, and discover the Bible through stories, activities, conversation, and plenty of fun along the way.

Thursdays | 11:20 a.m.–12:20 p.m.
✏️ 3rd Grade
Thursdays | 11:25 a.m.–12:25 p.m.

Our program begins October 8, 2026 and is scheduled to continue through April 1, 2027.

Yesterday, our hearts—and our plates—were wonderfully full! ❤️🍽️
Our Father's Table turned into something even more beautiful than we imagined. Friends from all over the world gathered around one table, sharing delicious food, wonderful conversations, and enough laughter to make us all forget we were supposed to be eating politely.
One of my favorite moments was hearing people speak in their native languages. It sounded like Heaven had given us a little preview—a beautiful symphony of voices, all different, yet all speaking the same language of love.
New friendships were born. Old friendships grew stronger. The children ran, played, laughed, and burned off enough energy to earn an early bedtime (you're welcome, parents 😄).
It reminded us that our Heavenly Father has a wonderful way of bringing people together. Around His table, strangers become neighbors, neighbors become friends, and friends begin to feel like family.
Thank you to everyone who came, brought a dish, shared a story, or simply showed up with an open heart. You made the evening unforgettable.
Now...who's ready to do it again? Stay tuned! We have a feeling this is only the beginning. ❤️

Come enjoy delicious international food, wonderful fellowship, and maybe even discover a new favorite recipe! Feel free to bring a dish that shares a little piece of your culture, but most importantly... just bring yourself.

We noticed our area survived another round of those gigantic neighborhood garage sales this weekend! 🎉

Now comes the fun part... looking around the house and wondering, "How on earth did we still have this much stuff left?" 😂Don't worry—we're here to help!

Instead of letting those treasures spend another year vacationing in the attic, basement, garage, or that spare room where perfectly good items mysteriously go to hibernate, let Common Grounds Outreach help!

We are happily accepting donations for our Benefit Rummage Sale, and we promise to find loving new homes for your treasures. (Yes... even that bread machine you were absolutely convinced you were going to use every week. No judgment here—we've all been there! 😄)

Every donated item helps support the programs and outreach of Common Grounds, so your decluttering becomes someone else's bargain and helps make a difference in our community. That's what I call a win-win!

Just send us a message through Facebook Messenger, and we'll get this party started. We can even help arrange a pickup if needed.

So go ahead... open that closet you've been avoiding. We believe in you. 💪😂
