Spay Spa & Neuter Nook

It’s alive! No, not Frankenstein’s monster (even if it is spooky season) but the Spay Spa store! We are now selling both OTC and prescription pet meds (with vet approval) through our website. Prices are matched with the lowest available online, and all proceeds go to support our nonprofit organization! Fill your pet’s medications from the comfort of your home at https://spayspaandneuternook.ourvet.com/pet/.

Say hi to Onyx! This handsome pup is today’s Dog of the Day, here to help brighten *your* day! He stopped by our nonprofit clinic for his neuter surgery, microchipping, and much admiration. Actual onyx may be a semi-precious stone, but this Onyx is fully precious!

In case you missed it - meet Stitch!

Ok, folks, here’s the sitch: it’s Stitch! That is, Dog of the Day Stitch, a big handsome dignified gentleman who visited our nonprofit clinic for his neuter day! He’s not just a Great Dane - he’s a good boy too!

Just some of the amazing pets that stopped by our nonprofit low-cost clinic this week. We love them all! 🥰

Here at our nonprofit vet clinic, we‘re innovating a new post-op recovery process for anxiously attached dogs: watching Sealook on Netflix! (Featuring Dog of the Day Bandit, who stopped in for his neuter day, shots, and a private screening of Sealook, which pets all over seem to be obsessed with, possibly because it largely uses colors they can see particularly well).

Oh my goodness, those babies! 😍 And they’re adoptable!

It’s Monday. Again. And guys, really! We’re a nonprofit vet clinic for pets! We’re not set up to care for… er … *confused whispering* … um… Diamond. Who is a … well, she’s definitely over it, is what she is! (Does anybody remember Gurgi from the Black Cauldron?)

Wait, wait - ok! She’s a dog! A very cute dog! (Can you guess what breed(s)?) She actually stopped by last week for shots and an umbilical hernia repair. She may have been less than thrilled to be at the v-e-t, but we made sure to take great care of this little lady!

Happy spooky season!
In other news, we seem to have gotten in an adorable little mogwai at our nonprofit clinic. Very unusual and rare! Now, how to do their care requirements go again? Feed them after midnight and give them long baths, right?

Happy ! Check out our cool new fall new decorations for the clinic front porch, thanks to awesome staff member Christi!

And a bonus: dignified Dog of the Day Romeo, who started off the month with a visit to get his neuter surgery - what a handsome pup!

We’re not done decorating yet - what would you suggest?
