🎉 Hayes PTO Family Fun Night is coming!

Join us Friday, May 8th from 5:30–7:30 PM for a fun evening filled with games, bounce houses, food trucks, raffles, and more! (Rain date: May 15th)

🎟️ Raffle Tickets
Raffle tickets are $1 each and students can sell tickets ahead of time!
🏆 Top sellers will earn prizes: 1st place – $75,
2nd place – $50, 3rd place – $25, plus chances to win $5 Whitey’s gift cards for each book sold!

🎁 Theme Basket Donations
Each grade level is putting together a themed basket for raffles. Please consider donating an item to support your child’s class!

🙋‍♀️ Volunteers Needed
We can’t make this night happen without your help! Sign up to:
• Help with games, bounce houses, setup, or cleanup
• Donate cakes/cupcakes for the cake walk
• Donate 2-liter pop for ring toss game

📌 Permission slips for raffle ticket pre-sales, volunteer sign-ups, and theme basket donation forms were all sent home this week—please check backpacks! If you need another copy or have questions, contact Mary in the office.

Next week is Staff Appreciation Week at Hayes, and we’re celebrating the incredible people who make our school so special 💙

Each day, we’ll highlight a different group of staff members who support our students in ways big and small. It truly takes a team, and we’re excited to show them some love all week long!

We’ll also have themed dress-up days that connect with our ABC Countdown for a little extra fun 🎉

The countdown is ON! ☀️🎉 Starting tomorrow, Hayes is kicking off our ABC Countdown to Summer—each day brings a fun activity or optional dress-up theme as we make our way to the last day of school.

We can’t wait to see all the creativity, school spirit, and smiles these last five weeks 💙🐾

Tomorrow we are kicking off a 4th quarter attendance challenge at Hayes! 🍕 Each day we reach 95% or higher attendance building-wide, we earn a slice of pizza on our board. 🙌

Once the pizza is full… the whole school earns a Papa John’s pizza lunch! 🎉🍕

Every day counts—let’s work together to show up, be here, and fill that pizza, Bulldogs! 💙🐾
