What does a day with Jesus actually look like?

Pastor Moriah is giving us a glimpse. Time with the One who loves her. Choosing peace when the day gets loud. Bringing the hard stuff to Jesus instead of carrying it alone. This is what it looks like to walk with Jesus daily, and it is so much more available than we tend to believe.

Here is the part a lot of us miss. This kind of freedom does not come from trying harder. It comes from healing. From letting Jesus meet you in the places that still ache and remind you who you really are.

That is the heart of Freedom Coaching. It is a one-on-one space where we walk you straight to Jesus and let Him do what only He can do. We are not the ones with all the answers. He is.

You were never meant to keep striving for a peace you already have access to in Him.

This week in RUAH Kids, we learned that the armor of God is really just one big truth. Jesus is the armor, and every piece is a way of putting Him on. They caught on so fast, and we gave each piece its own hand motion so their bodies could learn it right alongside their hearts.

Ever watched fruit grow ripe on a tree, then fall to the ground and rot because nobody picked it? That's what happens to spiritual fruit we keep to ourselves.

God grows things in us. Healing. Patience we didn't used to have. A peace that surprises even us. A testimony of how far He's brought us. That fruit was never meant to stay on the branch. It was meant to feed someone.

Your story of getting free is somebody's roadmap out. Your steadiness in a hard season is the courage someone else needs to keep going. The kindness God has been growing in you might be the first real grace a hurting person has felt in a long time.

So don't let it fall and go to waste.

The healing you've walked through wasn't just for you. The growth wasn't just for you. The peace, the joy, the faith God planted is meant to be shared, to nourish, to encourage, to point people straight back to Jesus.

We don't bear fruit to look impressive. We bear it so others can taste and see that God is good.

"This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit." John 15:8

That stirring in your heart is not random. Sometimes the thing you keep feeling drawn to is not just a dream, an idea, or a “maybe one day.”

It may be a holy invitation. God placed something in you on purpose.

You are wonderfully and intentionally made with gifts, passions, strengths, stories, and spiritual wiring that reflect His creativity. And sometimes, we need help seeing what has been inside of us all along. That is why the Kingdom Calling Assessment is so powerful.

It helps call out the wonder of who God made you to be. It gives language to the way you are wired. It helps you recognize the places where your heart comes alive, the gifts God has placed in you, and the Kingdom impact you may be called to make.

Because your calling is not about becoming someone else. It is about discovering who God already created you to be and learning how to walk it out with Him.

Romans 8:37 reminds me that “in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.”

More than a conqueror. Deeply loved. Fully held. Already victorious.

Today, I’m choosing to rise up in faith and remember who goes before me. 🙌

Our kids are learning to armor up too. Did you see the tips for family discipleship in our recent blog?

This week our NextGen kids discussed the armor of God and learned the hand motions for each piece! The belt of truth. The helmet of salvation. The breastplate of righteousness. They are not too young to know that God protects their hearts and minds, and that they already belong to Him.

This is what we mean when we say discipleship is for the whole family. They are right here with us, learning the same truths, worshiping alongside family.

Come this Saturday and let your kids learn the motions for themselves. They will walk away knowing they are strong in the Lord and in His mighty power (Ephesians 6:10).

When we rise in Christ, our kids rise too.

Have you ever felt like you were sent into your day without protection? Like the lies came faster than you could answer them, and by lunch you were already worn down by that quiet voice telling you that you are not enough?
