What a fantastic summer it has been for our First Tee kids and coaches! 💚

Over the past few months, the kids have learned new golf skills, grown in their understanding of our First Tee Core Values, and discovered ways to use those lessons both on and off the golf course!

A HUGE thank you to our incredible Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Volunteers who put so much time, energy, and heart into making each class a fun and meaningful experience for these kids. We couldn’t do what we do without you!

And to all of our First Tee families, thank you for choosing to spend your summer with us. We loved seeing so many familiar faces return and welcoming so many new ones this year!

There’s still time to get your junior golfer signed up for a First Tee – Quad Cities Fall Session! Whether they’re picking up a club for the first time or continuing to grow their game, fall is a great time to get out on the course, learn new core values, and have FUN!

🎃👻 IT’S BACK! MARK YOUR CALENDARS! 👻🎃

Our Spooktacular Scramble is returning on Sunday October 18th! We’re ready for a night of golf, costumes, and fun! Start thinking about your foursome and your Halloween costumes because you won’t want to miss this event!

Event Details & Sign Up Below:
Youth will play in foursomes using a scramble format
5 & Under: 3-hole short course, played twice
6 & Older: 9-holes
Sunday October 18th
3:30 PM shotgun start
Pizza will be served immediately following golf!

Teams will be created by First Tee – Quad Cities unless otherwise requested and will be sent out approximately 3 days before the event.

Sign Up for our 4th Annual First Tee - Quad Cities Junior Golf Tournament!

Come join us at the Emeis Golf Course for a day filled with swings, putts, and fun! This event is perfect for young golf enthusiasts looking to showcase their skills and meet new friends on the green.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this tournament is a great opportunity to test your abilities and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the course. Get ready to tee off and show us what you've got!

Every child, regardless of age will be allowed a caddy. Caddy can be a parent, grandparent, sibling, or friend!
Ages: 6-16 Year Olds
Genders: Boys & Girls
Awards: Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd of all flights, boys & girls

What a phenomenal day for this incredible group of First Tee teens!

We started with a private tour of Augustana College, giving our participants an inside look at campus life and the opportunities that await them. The day wrapped up with a round of golf at Highland Springs Golf Course alongside Augustana alumni, creating meaningful connections both on and off the course.

We’re incredibly grateful to Augustana for its commitment to providing our young people with world-class experiences and helping them see what’s possible for their futures. Days like these remind us of the power of education, mentorship, and the game of golf to open doors.

Rain or shine, we always find a way to have fun and learn something new! ☔️⛳️

Today, Coach Shannyn and Coach Lex introduced the kids to different golf course terminology, and then it was time to get creative! The kids used their imaginations to design their own golf holes and share them with the group. It was so much fun to see their ideas come to life!
We even caught a break in the rain and were able to work on our putting and chipping fundamentals!
