If you have ever had an arrest or conviction record and live in Rock Island County or a surrounding Illinois county, Safer Foundation is here to help with your employment needs. We can assist with job readiness, resumes, interview preparation, job leads, training opportunities and connections to employers.

We also understand that a sudden loss of employment can affect much more than a paycheck. If needs related to food, housing, transportation, counseling or other supports arise, our team can help connect you with trusted community partners.

You do not have to navigate this alone. We are here to help you take the next step.
