Starting November 10th, 2026 at 10:00am the Moline Housing Authority will be opening their Public Housing 0 bedroom (studio) waiting list!
The list will remain open until 4:00pm on November 20th, 2026. We accept applications by date and time only. You can apply in person, fax, email, or at Moline Housing Authority's website.

Help LivWell CARES deliver a Hot Holiday Meal to a low-income senior this Thanksgiving! Their goal this year is to deliver 1,000 meals. To do that, they need to raise $30,000 to cover the cost of food.

This Thursday from 3pm to 5pm, Humility Homes and Services, Inc. will be hosting their Immersion Experience where attendees can tour their low-barrier emergency shelter, donation/outreach center and an affordable housing unit!!

What a great opportunity to learn about the Level Up program that the City of Moline Government and Project NOW, Inc. have been piloting. Thank you to Project NOW and the City of Moline for creating these opportunities for our communities! 💜🏘

Please plan on attending Project NOW's Rooting Out Poverty Book Club meeting this month on Wednesday, October 28th at 6:00 pm. We will be discussing Moline’s pilot program providing $400 a month stipend for families living in poverty. The program is in its third year. Bring a friend and we will see you there!
