A huge thank you to all of our AMA (Automatic Mutual Aid) departments Pindars Corners Fire Department and East Meredith Fire Dept for your swift response and assistance during today’s fire. Your quick action, teamwork, and support is greatly appreciated.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Stamford Volunteer Fire Department and Schenevus Maryland Fire Dept. for responding with a tanker and personnel to assist.

Thank you as well to Nys Department Of Transportation out of Stamford for assisting with traffic control and to the Delaware County (NY) Department of Emergency Services Officers for their support and response.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication, teamwork, and strong support between departments and agencies that helps keep our communities safe. Thank you to everyone who answered the call today!

🇺🇸 Help Us Honor Those Who Have Served! 🇺🇸

The Davenport community is proud to honor the men and women who have served or are currently serving our country and communities!

We are now accepting submissions for our Hometown Heroes Banner Program to recognize all active duty military members and Veterans who lived in Davenport during their time of service, or who graduated from Charlotte Valley Central School.

This program is a meaningful way to celebrate the sacrifices and service of our hometown heroes and their families. Banners will serve as a visible tribute to those who have dedicated themselves to protecting and serving others.

If you would like to honor a loved one, or know someone who qualifies, please reach out for more information!
