Anshin Practice Center This is our True Self."-Frans Steine Anshin Practice Center is a project aimed at teaching self practice and self care techniques.

"Anshin means “peace in your heart/mind”, and if we have found peace in our heart/mind then we can start to help others find this peace in their heart/mind... This is the ultimate healing. This is a non-judgmental space to practice different meditations, mindfulness, plant medicine, energy sharing, and Japanese reiki. We also offer Japanese reiki treatments and private meditation instruction.

Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday and I have pledged to give twenty (20) Reiki treatments! It is a lot in one day but I do love a challenge. 🌟 I practice traditional Japanese Reiki and have been looking forward to this day of sharing!

Soooo... Do I have any volunteers?? I'm sure we could all use a little pick-me-up after the holiday. 😁

"What triggered me?" Or "What initial feeling led to this cascade of thought and upset?"

By doing this, you show compassion towards yourself. Through compassion comes understanding. Through understanding comes healing.
