Thank you, Regional Development Authority!

The Ridgecrest Village Foundation is honored to receive a $30,000 grant from the Regional Development Authority to support the replacement of the call light system in Crest Health Center.

Crest is home to some of our most vulnerable residents, including many who rely on Medicaid to help cover the cost of their care. A dependable call light system is essential to ensuring residents can quickly connect with caregivers when assistance is needed, enhancing both safety and quality of care.

We are deeply grateful to the Regional Development Authority for investing in projects that strengthen our community and improve the lives of older adults. Their support will have a meaningful and lasting impact on the residents and families we serve.

Thank you to Cunnick-Collins Life Celebration Center for hosting our Jazz and Generosity event, the minute I met Tracy the event coordinator I knew I could work with her and trust her to make sure my vision came to life. We would also like to thank the Chef’s Catering Company, Rick Davis for being our MC and keeping things running smoothly, for the Bucktown Stompers coming all the way from Chicago providing amazing 1920’s jazz music, everyone who provided silent auction items, and last but the least, YOU the donors who helped make this event a sold out success.

WOW… what a night! ✨🎶

Thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, volunteered, bid in the silent auction, and supported our Jazz and Generosity event last night. The energy in the room was incredible, and this video captures the vibe perfectly!

From the amazing music by the Bucktown Stompers, to the dancing, laughter, beautiful venue, and generous community support, it was truly a special evening celebrating 60 years of Ridgecrest Village and supporting the mission of the Ridgecrest Foundation.

Because of your generosity, we have already raised at least $20,000 toward our new call light system for Crest Health Center, with more donations still coming in. That impact will directly help improve care and safety for our residents.
