Hello Davenport Days Committee!

Get ready to gather! Our next meeting will be held at 701 Spirits on Monday, August 4th, at 7:00 PM.

💨We're aiming for a quick and efficient meeting, under 45 minutes, with key decisions to make! Our main topics will be:

🎸Booking the Band: If you have a band in mind, please come prepared with their cost, down payment info, and confirmation on whether they provide their own trailer.
🎈Kids Games: Let's lock in some fun for the little ones! You can check out T.A.G. Gaming (working on a quote), Games Galore, or Games to Go for ideas and potential options.
🐒Zoo? We'll also discuss the possibility of incorporating a zoo attraction.

💡If you have ideas that you want to share; you can message us or please come to a meeting.

Hey everyone! 👋 Don't forget, the Community Club meeting is TONIGHT at 7 PM at the Davenport Supper Club! We're excited to chat about the highlights AND hurdles from this year's Davenport Days.

Got ideas to make next year even better? We'd love for you to join the club and share them! And yes, if you have some constructive feedback or complaints, those are absolutely welcome too. Our main goal is to work together to bring back a better and stronger Davenport Community Days every single year. Hope to see you there!

It was a hot one out on the golf course today, but we still had a blast! ☀️⛳️
