NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed proposals will be received by
the Dauphin Middle Paxton Joint
Park Authority at 10 Elizabeth
Avenue, Dauphin PA, 17018 until 2:00
p.m. on Wednesday August 12, 2026
for the Dauphin Middle Paxton
Community Park swimming pool
maintenance upgrades. Electronic
contract documents will be made
available by request on July 21, 2026.
The Architect is Wallover Architects
incorporated, 941 Wheatland Avenue,
Suite 304, Lancaster, PA 17603.

bidding period, questions regarding
the project shall be directed to Brian
Zaleski, Project Manager by email at

Drawings, specifications and other
documents constituting the Contract
Documents may be examined without
charge at the office of Wallover
Architects incorporated, 941
Wheatland Avenue, Suite 304,
Lancaster, PA 17603 between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Electronic Contract Documents may
be obtained by Registered Bidders at
the above office at no cost to
prospective bidders. To qualify as a
Registered Bidder, you must contact
Brian Zaleski, at the above email.
Once registered, Bidders will receive
notification of each release of Bid
Documents including addenda, along
with electronic copies in PDF format.
Bidders may visit the site at a
Pre-Bid Meeting Conference on July

the appointment. Bidders are
requested to sign in and out. The
Owner reserves the right to reject any
or all bids or parts thereof and to
waive, at its discretion, any or all
irregularities, mistakes, omissions or
