Dauphin Island welcomes our Combat Vets (The F.E.W., The Foundational for Exceptional Warriors annually. Although it was a rainy day, it did not stop us from giving them a warm island welcome. We love hosting the families. Dauphin Island Women’s Club provided beautiful gift baskets for each family. Thank you enormously to Brittany Johnson for your creativity, and to Cindy Carrigan and team for hosting a wonderful day of relaxation for the women. You always make it such a special day. ❤️🇺🇸

Our “Cooking on the Coast” 2024 Cookbook has become the secret treasure.... we only have a handful left. Come to the Welcome Center to purchase. Marla Clark, you were our “Southern Jewel” at the St. Francis annual fundraiser. So many amazing artist and vendors. Thank you for representing and publishing such a great cookbook for our DIWC. It is a gift and a legacy. 🌴💕

Ships Ahoy.... Our April Speaker is one of our own. Ms. Kathryn Twilley. Kathryn gave us great knowledge on Cruise Line Travels, especially information regarding our Mobile Carnival Ship, The Spirit. We once again had a beautifully decorated table, thank you Anne Barksdale and Becky Barrett for always making it extra special, and thank you for the great cooks that always bring the best goodies. Tonight we announced the new Board members for the 2024-2025 Season.... President: Cheri Swain, Vice President: Susan Sass, Secretary: Teresa Herbst and not pictured.. Lori Moody, Treasurer.
