Representative Bill Straus has until February 5th to release the Work and Family Mobility Act for a committee vote. If he doesn't release it, it would have to wait another year. It has been 16 years of waiting and the time is now!

The Massachusetts AFL-CIO is proud to endorse IUEC Local 4 member and 4 term Plymouth Selectman John Mahoney for State Senate in the Special Election for the Plymouth and Barnstable District.

John is a union brother who will be a champion for working people at the State House. In order to get there John needs our help. We will be holding a Labor Walk every week beginning on January 25th through Primary Day, March 3rd.

Please make every effort to attend the canvasses below and recruit staff, members, and retirees to attend as well. If your members are not able to make a Walk but are able to volunteer another day, the campaign headquarters is open daily.
