We are deeply saddened to share that our Darlington Dental Clinic will be closing on Friday, September 5th. Our current dentist has resigned, and despite our best efforts, we have been unable to recruit another provider to continue services in Darlington.
Our incredible Darlington staff are already reaching out to patients with upcoming appointments, and letters will be sent to all patients who have received care at this location.
We know this change is difficult, but we remain committed to your care. Patients are welcome at our Beloit Dental Clinic (74 Eclipse Blvd.), and our team would be glad to help you transition your care. Please call us at 608-361-0311 to schedule an appointment.

Community Health Systems believes in comprehensive care and our patients controlling their diabetes. Nurse Thad, our diabetes educator in Beloit, attended an event with community partners to collaborate and continue to learn. Great job Nurse Thad!!

Earlier this week, RCPH hosted a Diabetes Education Convening for community-based partners and providers of diabetes services. The afternoon featured diabetes education programs, community resources, and provided opportunities for networking with other diabetes providers and educators. Thanks to those who attended from Healthnet of Rock County, SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital-Janesville, MercyCare Health Plans, UW-Madison, Division of Extension Rock County, Community Health Systems, Inc., Nutrition Collaborative of Rock County, Beloit Health System, Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Aging & Disability Resource Center of Rock County, and Wisconsin Lions Camp.

An SWCAP sign is now sharing space on the Darlington door. This advertises the services taking place inside the building from Community Health Workers for the surrounding area and our patients 💙
