For a mother who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss, hope and fear can exist in the very same moment. You can be excited about the possibility of a baby while still carrying the pain of the baby you lost.
Both feelings are real. Both deserve space. And you don't have to choose between grieving and hoping. 🦋
