We want to share with you that our cousin, Joan Remakel, was taken to the hospital this past weekend and was in ICU for several days. Sadly, her body is failing and no further medical treatments can be utilized. They do not know how long she has.

Joan’s children want the Kendall family to be aware and would appreciate our thoughts and prayers.

They also said it would be wonderful if folks could pay her a visit.

Irene and Sam went down today. Three of her kids, Mike, Tammy and Tina, as well as her sister and brother-in-law, Phyllis and Bill were there. They were all so grateful to be with her.

Nancy (Kendall) Hefty’s husband, Paul, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 20. The service will be at the Gunderson Funeral Home in Middleton on July 8
11am - 1pm: visitation
1pm: service
Burial following the service.

Although still in shock and certainly heartbroken, Nan is grateful that Paul is not suffering and blessed to have had 44 years of marriage with Paul. Nan is receiving tremendous support from their daughters, Brenda and Kayla, and Paul and Nan’s families, friends, colleagues, and community members.

Tentative Plans for the 2025 Kendall Reunion. Sunday, September 7th at the Driver Opera House! The elevator is in and there are two accessible bathrooms up on the 2nd floor! There is also a ramp on the W. Ann Street side of the building. Please let your family know. Invites will go out about 6 weeks before the reunion.
