Cheese Country Trail Update - Bridge #48 in Calamine is closed due to a hole in the decking. This is the long wooden bridge in Calamine. To access the Pecatonica Trail to Belmont, you will need to use County G in Calamine and pick up the trail to Belmont after crossing the green bridge to the right. Thank you for your cooperation.

Just a reminder as of today October 1st the Fayette trail is closed and will remain closed until sometime in May 2027. The Cheese Country and Pecatonica State Trail remain open until there is at least 2 inches of snow.

Friday, Sept. 25, 2026 - The Fayette trail is OPEN, but be mindful that the Fayette Trail will close on Thursday, October 1, 2026 and not open again until May 2027. This is in order to give the farmers the chance to get the crops out and for hunting season. Thank you for your cooperation.

Monday, Sept. 21, 2026 - The Fayette Trail is CLOSED at this time due to all the rain we have received. The Cheese Country Trail and the Pecatonica Trail are OPEN. Please be careful as there may be debris and/or trees on the trail from the recent rains. The club will be out today to inspect the trail.

Sunday, Sept. 13 2026 - On behalf of the Tri-County ATV Club, we would like to thank everyone that came out yesterday and participated in our ride and raffle event. The winner of the UTV was Jeff "Wh**ey" Anderson from Machesney Park, IL. Jeff was present at the event and we are sure he will enjoy the UTV. We will post the winners of the gift certificates in a few days. Thank you to the workers that helped throughout the day! There were approximately 160 machines with about 300 people on the ride. Thank you for your support and if you wish to join our club, we always welcome new members. Send us a message and we can send you a membership form. Until next year....

Here are the details for our Guided Ride & UTV Raffle on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026:
* Registration begins at 11:00 am at Calamine Pavilion (17670 Cty G, Mineral Point, WI)
* Registration is $20/person; $10/child age 11 and under
* No lunch is included with registration; there will be brats, hot dogs, & hamburgers to purchase at the Calamine Pavilion
* Ride will leave around 12:30 pm, riding through farm pastures, creeks and private property. Ride to last approximately 3 hours and will return to Calamine Pavilion
* Music by Rock Rebel Junction to begin at 4 pm
* UTV raffle drawing at 6 pm
* Proceeds will go towards trail maintenance
* Hope to see you on Sept. 12th!
