What an incredible experience watching our youth and kids learn, create, and explore different cultures through food! From building kitchen skills to encouraging teamwork, confidence, and independence, every moment was filled with learning and fun.

We are so grateful for opportunities like these that allow our youth to discover new flavors, cultures, and life skills in an engaging and supportive environment.

Here’s an update on our garden!

The cucumber and tomato are growing very well!! But we need help of those who are experienced!

1) How do you prevent infection for cucumber plant? We lost one of our cucumbers plants to powdery mildew.

2) There’s a lot of flowering but no fruit for the past 3 weeks! Do we wait or make amendments?
