🚨 **WE NEED VOLUNTEERS!** 🚨

The **Terrence Carraway Memorial 5K** is coming up **Saturday, September 5 at 8:00 AM**, and we urgently need **dependable volunteers** to help make this event happen.

We need volunteers for:

💧 **3 Water Stations** — 4 volunteers per station
💻 **Race Day Registration/Data Input**
📝 **Registration Intake** — Wednesday through Friday
💦 **Finish-Line Water Handout**
🍌 **Fruit & Snack Table**

You don’t have to run. You don’t have to donate money. **We’re simply asking you to donate a few hours of your TIME.**

This 5K carries **Terrence’s name and legacy**, and we need people who will say **YES and mean YES** — show up, be on time, and fulfill their commitment.

If you’ve ever said, **“Let me know if you need anything,” this is that moment. ❤️**

Community, conversation, and a little cleanup! 💙

This past Saturday, the Terrence F. Carraway Foundation came together for a morning of fellowship, updates, and an open Q&A as we continue preparing for what’s ahead.

Of course, no Saturday morning meeting is complete without a little brunch! 🥐☕️ Afterward, we rolled up our sleeves, put on our gloves, and handled a little cleanup around the memorial site. 🧹💪🏾

Every meeting, every helping hand, and every step forward brings us closer to our mission of honoring the life, legacy, and service of Sgt. Terrence F. Carraway. 💙

💙 MEET THE MISSION: NGOZI ONWUKA 💙

For 8 years, Ngozi Onwuka has served as Treasurer of The Terrence F. Carraway Foundation, helping carry forward a legacy rooted in service, connection, and community.

A dedicated mother, creative artist, and passionate volunteer, Ngozi says her involvement with TFCF was inspired by the memories of Terrence and the way he encouraged others to be their best. Today, she continues that spirit by giving her time, raising awareness, and helping bring people together. 💙

In her own words:
“Serving my community means offering my time, raising awareness, and helping build others.”

From watching the Foundation grow to supporting events and initiatives that honor Terrence’s legacy, Ngozi reminds us that making a difference begins with simply being willing to lend a hand.
