Good News! The Push 'N Pull Parade is back on this year! Given the pandemic and timing for approvals, the route of the parade has changed – we will step off from Darien High School with a start time of 10:30 a.m. sharp. Families are encouraged to arrive at Darien High School from 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The parade will end at the VFW Post 6933, located at 205 Noroton Avenue (in the parking lot adjacent to the Noroton Heights Fire Department and McGuane Field).

Darien's wartime street sign program resumed Sunday, Nov. 8 after taking an extended break during the COVID-19 pandemic. The program, started by Middlesex Middle School teacher Lucy Berry, honored long-time resident Joseph "Fred" Calve.
