⚡ SAFETY STARTS AT HOME — PROTECTING THE NEXT GENERATION! 🦺❤️
Sharing this important reminder from IBEW Local 252: Teaching children about electrical safety is one of the most valuable ways we can protect our families and communities.
From understanding the dangers of electrical outlets to knowing how to stay safe around cords and electronic devices, simple lessons today can help prevent serious accidents tomorrow.
⚡ Teach them early. Remind them often. Lead by example.
For the men and women of the IBEW, safety is more than a jobsite priority. It’s about making sure every worker gets home safely to the people who matter most—and making sure our children and families know how to stay safe, too.
Because our most important responsibility isn't just the work we do. It's the people waiting for us at home.
Let's work together to build a culture of safety that extends from the jobsite to every home and every community.

Teaching kids about electrical safety helps them recognize hazards, make smart choices, and stay safe around outlets, cords, and devices. Early education on electrical safety builds lifelong habits that protect children, families, and communities.
