Pride in the wild!
A reflection from our board member Ann Reed:
“I was wearing my Darien Pride shirt while I was strawberry picking up in Middletown, and a man stopped me at the shop and thanked me for doing the kind of work that I do and he said that he told his daughter that he wished that he had had support from groups like ours when he was in high school and that his daughter was so much better off because of the work that people like we do”
