A21 is a non-profit organization that exists to educate the public, reach victims, rescue them, and restore them with necessary aftercare. Human trafficking is such a disturbing crime, I believe most of us in this area are so overwhelmed by the feeling of inadequacy that we have no idea where to even start in making a difference. It bothered me so much that

I would have to actively block thoughts of possible victims, especially the children that are enslaved and not given a second thought by anyone. When I realized I could make a difference by creating awareness in my local community, I had to try! With your help, our Walk For Freedom will allow us to raise incalculable amounts of awareness in the minds of our town residents and surrounding communities by spreading participation and word of mouth. Along with the walk to raise awareness, our goal is to raise $50,000 for A21 this fall! I am especially burdened for the children that are victims of this depravity. My dream is that you are sensitive to their pain as well, and according to your ability, will help us make a difference in many childrens lives!
