Self-Care, what’s that?? 😜 We will learn all about it from our next speaker, Lacey Wood! Lacey is a clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. She currently serves as a Clinical Program Manager, leading a team of clinical social workers focused on addressing the social factors that impact health and quality of life.

Outside of her professional role, Lacey is a wife, mom of two boys, and active community volunteer who understands firsthand how easy it is for women to spend their days taking care of everyone and everything around them.

She is passionate about empowering women to recognize that self-care isn’t selfish-it’s necessary. Through a practical and relatable approach, Lacey encourages women to identify their own needs, establish healthy boundaries, and give themselves permission to carry a little less.

Come practice a little self-care and join us Thursday, September 17th at The Elite Pier House!
