Good luck to all of our exhibitors today!

Order of events is as follows:
• Gilts → starting at 9 AM
• Mini 4‑H → immediately after gilts
• Barrows → following Mini 4‑H
• Grand Drive → 30 minutes after the conclusion of the barrow show

Wednesday Update! 🐷🍀

Swine Club shirts will be available for pickup & purchase again today from 3–5 PM in the same spot as yesterday.

Showmanship begins at 6 PM, starting with the Senior division.
Class listings will be posted in the comments. They are posted in person on the board on the corner of the sheep barn / swine barn / NSSB Arena.

Find Anna on the North side of the swine barn across from the NSSB Arena sign from 5-7 PM to pickup & purchase your Swine Club shirts!

Swine Club shirts will be available for pickup & purchase on Tuesday in the swine barn from 10 AM–12 PM and again from 5–7 PM.

They will also be available at the exhibitor meeting in the NSSB Arena at 7 PM.

📅 Tuesday
• 4 AM–10 AM: Swine arrival
• 6 AM: Check‑in begins
• 12 PM: Weight cards due
• 7 PM: Exhibitor meeting

📅 Wednesday
• 6 PM: Showmanship begins
👉 Reminder: Showmanship is now on WEDNESDAY — not Thursday like previous years.

📅 Thursday
• 9 AM: Show starts
Order: Gilts → Mini 4‑H → Barrows → Grand Drive

🐷🍀 LAST SWINE CLUB MEETING OF THE SEASON!

📍 Monday, July 13 @ 6:30 PM in the Swine Barn

We’ll be passing out shirts and doing our pre‑fair walk‑thru to make sure everyone is ready for fair week.

If you can't make it, shirts will also be available at the fair on Tuesday & Wednesday.

We can't wait to see everyone - bring on fair week! 🙌

This is your reminder to complete your FairEntry registration before the deadline!

✅ Every 4-H member exhibiting projects or animals at the Hendricks County 4-H Fair must complete their entries in FairEntry by Wednesday at 11:59PM! Don't wait until the last minute!

Take a few minutes today to double-check that:
🍀 All projects are entered
🐄 All animals are entered (if applicable)
✔️ Everything has been submitted successfully

The Hendricks County Swine Club is still looking for sponsors for this year’s fair! Your support directly helps our swine exhibitors by funding:

📸 A professional show ring photographer so every exhibitor receives free photos
🏆 Custom Grand Champion Gilt and Barrow banners
🐷 10‑Year Member pen banners
🧺 Items or funds for our Swine Club auction basket

We also want to share that our T‑shirts will be available for purchase at the fair this year. Every shirt sold helps support our program.
