🏠 WHAT AN UNBELIEVABLE DAY ON THE BUILD SITE! 🏠

Today was truly an amazing day, and we want to give a HUGE THANK YOU 🙌🤝 to Owner/Operator Brandton Baxter at Baxter’s Tree & Crane LLC. out of Monticello, IL! 🪵🪚🪓🏗️

📞 Baxter Tree and Crane LLC
📍 Monticello, IL
☎️ (217) 766-0380

Mr. Baxter was contacted 📞 on short notice⌛️ and didn’t hesitate 💨 to offer his help to Habitat for Humanity of Danville, IL on our current build. 🏡💚🤍💙

Not only did Mr. Baxter take on the job with very little notice⌛️, but he showed up with one of the nicest and probably coolest cranes I have ever seen! 🤩👀🏗️

This thing looked like something straight out of the movie Transformers! 🕹️📱🤖🏗️ And it was incredible to watch Mr. Baxter operate such an impressive piece of machinery. 👍👀

Mr. Baxter was extremely professional, efficient, and got the job done in a remarkable amount of time ⏰ ! We would Recommend wether Residential or Commercial Business give Mr. Baxter a call and see if he can help you with your projects.💪🔨

Of course, NONE of it would have been possible without our amazing volunteers, who showed up ready to work and took on plenty of heavy lifting throughout the day. 💪🏠🔨

A SPECIAL THANK YOU goes out to every volunteer who came out today and helped make this incredible progress possible: 💚🤍💙🤝🙌

🙌 Mr. Irvin
🙌 Mr. Biggerstaff
🙌 Rob Turner
🙌 Mr. Busick
🙌 Toby
🙌 Tanner
🙌 Mr. DeNeal

🗣️ Special Guests Mr. Lancaster Himself

And, of course, under the leadership of the man, the myth, the legend himself Mr. Cundiff! 👏👏👏

This amazing team was able to SET ALL OF THE TRUSSES AND COMPLETE ALL OF THE SHEETING IN JUST ONE DAY! 🏗️🔨🏠

THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE! ❤️🙏

The transformation today was incredible. This house went from looking like an open box to truly starting to look like a HOME. 🏠💚🤍💙

Our homeowner even stopped by today to see the progress, and they were absolutely thrilled with what they saw and how quickly everything is coming together. 🥰🏡

Seeing their excitement makes all the hard work worth it! ❤️

Days like today are exactly why Habitat for Humanity is so special. It takes an incredible community of volunteers, contractors, businesses, and supporters coming together to turn a dream into reality. 🤝❤️🔨

Today wasn't just about setting trusses and putting on sheeting.

Today, we built HOPE. ❤️
Today, we built COMMUNITY. 🤝
Today, we built a HOME. 🏠

THANK YOU to everyone who played a part in making today such a HUGE SUCCESS! 🙌❤️

We couldn't do it without you! 🔨🏠💚🤍💙

Things got just a little quiet for a few days at the build site, but the materials have arrived, and the team is ready to get back into action! 🏠🔨💪

Today, we had one of our Amazing volunteers stop by the build site. Jimmy stopped in to lend a hand with the porch. This gentleman has been involved in not only this year’s home, but also volunteered in last year’s Veterans Build as well. 🇺🇸💚🤍💙

I think it’s safe to say at this point… when it’s time for a porch, we know who’s coming! 😂🪚

We appreciate you, sir, and all you do for us on each build. Your time, talent, and willingness to help mean more than you know! 👏🇺🇸

We also had Mr. Cundiff on site helping out, and when I say these two enjoy working together, I think the a couple of the pictures say enough! 😂👷‍♂️👷‍♂️🔨 Always Fun working along side of these two…

A huge THANK YOU to IMI for supplying and delivering the concrete for our porch! 🚚🧱🏠 We appreciate your support and helping Habitat for Humanity of Danville, IL keep this build moving forward!

Another great day of teamwork, community, and building something special for a deserving Veteran. 🔨🏠🧱💪👷‍♂️🚚🇺🇸❤️

If you’re in the area and drive by the build site, HONK YOUR HORNS! 📣🚗📣 Help us show all of our amazing volunteers just how much you appreciate their hard work and dedication! 👏❤️🇺🇸

Let’s hear those horns and show our volunteers some love! 💚🤍💙 🤝

🏠🔨 Another Amazing Day at the Build Site! ❤️

What an incredible day of teamwork here at Habitat for Humanity of Danville, IL! The exterior walls are officially UP, and the excitement continues to grow as this home takes shape.😀🤝💪

This morning, the open lot next to the build was completely packed! 🚗 🛻 . We even had a few volunteers parking across the street. Seeing so many people show up to lend a hand is truly an amazing sight. 🙌💚🤍💙🎯

The homeowner and friends were back at it again today, helping frame the interior walls. I think we may be creating a future builder! It has been so special watching them become part of the process and seeing the excitement grow with every step.

A huge THANK YOU to Aqua Illinois (Danville) for completing all of the hookups and work needed to have water ready to go. 🚿 💦

We also want to thank Owens Excavating and Trucking LLC for coming back today and completing the backfill around the home and porch. 🏠 🪏

Things are moving quickly, and we are definitely staying busy! Before long, we’ll be setting trusses and getting started on the roof. 🏠

There is truly something special about watching a community come together to build more than just a house—we’re building hope, memories, and a future.💚🤍💙🏡

To every volunteer who has given their time, energy, skills, and heart to this project: we appreciate you more than words can say.

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey! 🔨🏠🙌💚🤍💙

🏡🔨 WHAT AN AMAZING DAY AT THE BUILD SITE! ❤️🙌

Today was nothing short of AMAZING! 🎉 The rate at which our volunteers have been coming together to help complete this build is truly beyond awesome! 💪❤️

Before I could even make it to the site this morning, it was already packed full of volunteers—along with the homeowner herself, surrounded by family and friends! 🥰👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

And WOW… did we make some progress today! 🚧👏 We were able to FINISH THE FLOORING 🎉 and even BEGIN SETTING WALLS! 🏠🔨🙌 Seeing this home take shape right before our eyes is such an incredible feeling!

And when I say I think the homeowner enjoyed herself today… “enjoyed” would be a HUGE understatement! 🥹❤️ Watching her be part of the process and being a part of putting up the first wall to her own home, surrounded by so many people who have come together to support her, is exactly what community is all about. 💕🏡💚🤍💙

A HUGE THANK YOU to every single volunteer who has shown up over the last few weeks! 🙏❤️ Whether you’ve given an hour, a full day, brought a group, brought a friend, or simply showed up ready to help—YOU ARE MAKING A DIFFERENCE! 💪🔥

It was a little warm out today, but that couldn’t keep owner/operator Darren Owens and the Owens Excavating and Trucking LLC team away from the job! 💪😎 .Turner
