Meet the Chipettes !!

Brittany, Jeanette, and Eleanor joined us yesterday after being surrendered to a local shelter in a cardboard box covered in fleas. They are estimated to be 4-5 weeks old and are currently only eating puppy mush.

While they’ve already had a flea bath and wormer, we could really use some help in the food department!! We have plenty of milk powder, but these girls could really use some puppy hard and canned food!!

All of our wishlist items can be found on Amazon or Chewy on our website and we appreciate any help we get for these precious girls!!

Meet Cricket!!

Cricket was surrendered to a local shelter after her owner was unable to provide her a fenced in yard. Since joining us, Cricket has learned she loves the freedom of exploring a fenced in yard almost as much as she loves coming inside to a comfy bed and AC!

Cricket is reportedly 9 years old, but we’d honestly guess she was a little bit younger! She is the best behaved girl! Cricket walks perfectly on a leash, does great in doggy playgroup, gives the best kisses, is an excellent car rider, and is all around a gentle girl!

She’s smaller than a normal GSP and only weighs about 40-45lbs. Cricket will be spayed, microchipped, is heartworm negative and on prevention, currently on flea and tick prevention, fully vaccinated, and have a negative f***l prior to adoption!

Welcome the 8 newest members to Paws 52!!

Ranging from 3-15 years old and in all shapes, sizes, colors, and breeds, all of these sweet babies found themselves needing rescue! Their medical needs range from dentals to treatment of wounds from fleas to basic vetting.

Taking in this many dogs requires lots of time and supplies!! Here are a few things at the top of our wishlist :
• Fosters !!!!
• Treats and Toys - any kind, shape, and size
• Donations for Veterinary Care
• Small Dog Senior Food

Today was bath, shots, and prevention day but we will work on getting better pictures soon! We are so thankful to be able to do this for all of these sweet babies, but even more thankful for everyone who helps us along the way!!
