Director of the Chamber of Commerce, Dana Rowland, recently completed her second year at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management (IOM) in Madison, Wisconsin.

Institute is a nationally recognized four-year professional development program for chamber and association professionals. Throughout the week, Dana gained valuable insights, explored new ideas, and connected with peers from across the world.

She looks forward to bringing fresh perspectives and new strategies back to Vermilion Advantage to continue strengthening our organization.
