We’re excited to welcome Rhonda to the reSOARces team!

Rhonda joined us in May 2026, where she supports quality assurance efforts while training to become a Community Guide. She is a graduate of the University of the Cumberlands with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and also holds an AAS and Certificate in Surgical Technology. Rhonda brings seven years of experience in case management, along with a strong background in nonprofit work, outreach, and management.

When she’s not working, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, cooking, and relaxing at the lake.

We’re excited to introduce Kara Taylor, our new Community Guide at reSOARces!

Kara joined our team in March 2026 and is a graduate of Campbellsville University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. With five years of experience in the field - including Participant Directed Services and behavioral analytical work - Kara has found that helping others succeed has always been her calling.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crocheting on her porch swing.

We had a great time yesterday tabling at the Autism Society of the Bluegrass Walk at the Lexington Legends field! It was wonderful connecting with so many families, advocates, and community partners who share our passion for inclusion and support. 💙
