Current membership is 240,000 members in 7,700 clubs in 80 Nations. Locally, the Kiwanis Club of Danville holds meetings each Thursday (except 5th Thursday of month) at noon at Harvey's of Danville.

Join us Saturday, October 17, starting at 11:30 AM at Wilderness Trail Distillery (4095 Lebanon Rd, ).
🎟️ Chili tasting tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the event.
Come hungry and arrive early for the best tasting experience. Stay around for the announcement of the People’s Choice winners and our judges’ winners after 2:00 PM!

🎃✨ What a Spooktacular Day! ✨🎃

Kiwanis Club of Danville had the honor of being part of Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation’s Spooktacular 2026, and our hearts are still glowing bright.

This past Sunday, October 11th, families from all around gathered at the Boyle County Extension Office for an afternoon filled with joy, color, and community connection.

Spooktacular is a free, sensory‑friendly Halloween celebration designed especially for families with adults and children who have spectrum or sensory needs — and it was beautiful to see everyone enjoying the day in a space created just for them.

🧡 What made the day magical?
• Trick‑or‑treating with tons of smiles and even more candy
• Fun games and hands‑on activities
• A glowing dance party full of movement and laughter
• Calming sensory rooms for comfort and exploration
• Community booths (including ours!) sharing treats, toys, and friendly faces

Our Kiwanis volunteers had a blast meeting families, handing out goodies, and celebrating a Halloween event that truly reflects the heart of our mission — serving the children and families of Danville–Boyle County with joy, inclusion, and community spirit.

Thank you to Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation for hosting such a meaningful event, and thank you to every family who stopped by our table. Your smiles made our day. 💙
