Hello Charles Towne residents. Either Wed, March, 13th 2019 or Thurs, March 14, 2019 the gutters will be getting cleaned out. Please be aware that the workers may need to be in your roofs. If you have any questions or concerns please address them with the landscaping committee not the workers. Thank you.

Hello Charles Towne Residents. There is a possible snow event coming Sunday, Dec 9 thru Monday Dec 10. Snow removal will not start until the snow event passes. Please keep your driveways free of cars. If you have cars in your driveway it will not be plowed. Only walkways get hand shoveled, driveways will not. The City of Danville will at some point plow our roadway. If they push snow back into the front of your driveway please do not call us. We will not call the snow removal company back, you must call the city if you have a problem with that. Why does the plow not remove all of the snow from my road?
In certain snow events, the snow and ice bonds to the road surface so tightly that the plows cannot break it free and scrape the surface clean. Once we have plowed a driveway, it may still be slippery until the sun and warmer weather melts the rest so please us caution. Thank you and stay warm.
